How to Use

Apply day and/or night on cleanse eyelashes and eyebrows. Can be applied under your mascara.

Fortifying Black Mascara

By using the applicator brush, apply directly to the eyelashes. 
For a seductive effect, apply multiple coats leaving to dry between coats.
